ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS

Perhaps an entire Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is not necessary for your property, but you’d still like a screenshot of the current environmental condition.  An example might be if a commercial property that you rent out is nearing the end of the lease and you want an Environmental Investigation with a report that shows how your tenant has relinquished your property back to you. 

An Environmental Investigation is generally a cursory “walk through” of a property for the current physical condition of the site.  An investigation may also include former report reviews and/or public records reviews. These may include:

• Site Inspections

• Transaction Screening Questionnaires 

• Governmental Record Reviews
